It makes me think of this week for my team in FTL.
This is your team when the week starts,
and this is your team when you have a play withdraw unexpectedly and you aren't careful about the order of your Emergency Replacement Order
Don't let this happen to you!!! (honestly, its just inexcusable to be this careless)
Hurts even more if the player that withdraws is your Captain. Not only that but the (non-scoring) second emergency goes deep. Ouch
